Frequently Asked Questions

We know that you have a lot of questions, so we have prepared some answers to frequently asked questions that might help you with your decision.  We are always working to keep our FAQ's up to date, so if there is anything you don't see, please...simply ask us and we will get that answer for you. 

 

Q. Is there a curfew for clients?

     

A. Clients are to be at the house by 11pm Sunday through Thursday and 1am on Friday and Saturday.

Q. Are we allowed to bring our pets?

 

A. No pets allowed at Life Launch.

 

Q. What do I need to bring with me?

 

A. All prescription and over the counter medications that you are taking. Prescriptions will be logged, locked in the safe
and dispensed as prescribed. Clothes and personal toiletries. You will be given a shower/bathroom caddy for your
personal toiletries to keep them from being misplaced or used by another client.  

Q. Does Life Launch provide any financial assistance or take insurance?

 

A. Life Launch does not provide any financial assistance. Life Launch is self-pay. Should you need to attend an IOP,
aftercare program or any other recovery-based service, we will assist you in finding a program that accepts your
insurance..

 

Q. How many men to a room?

 

A. There are two bedrooms with 2 beds each and the master bedroom has 3 beds..

Q.  Does Life Launch accept clients that are on Medication Assisted Treatment?

 

A. Life Launch accepts clients in Medication Assisted Treatment who are under the medical care of an addiction
specialist. Clients in Medication Assisted Treatment will have their urine test sent to a lab to test medication levels,
ensuring medications are taken as prescribed. Life Launch will use a lab that takes your insurance.

Q. Can we have guest come visit us at the house?

 

A. Clients may have guests visit the house. A staff member must be notified ahead of time, and visitors must be gone 20
minutes before curfew.

Q. What happens if I relapse?

 

A. If relapse occurs, clients must leave the house for 72 hours, or until they can pass a urine analysis. Clients are given
the option of taking 3 days of clothing with them as opposed to removing all their belongings. The team can
recommend a detox clinic and prefers clients who have relapsed check into a detox clinic until permitted to return.
Return to Life Launch is discretionary and will be decided by the team.

Q. Do I get to have overnight passes?

 

A.  An overnight pass request must be given to the house manager a full 24 hours before the night of the pass for
approval. All overnight passes within the first 30 days of check-in, will be evaluated by staff on a case-by-case basis
and may not be approved. No more than 2 overnight passes will be approved per week. If a situation occurs where

FAQ’s, the client needs to be gone for more than 2 nights, staff will address it with the client privately. Anyone coming back
from a pass must submit to a urine test (UA) before 6 pm of the day they return.
